Texas Style Skateboarding

Another great Turkey Jam at EZ7 thanks to Surfhouse and Mike, Dave and Kevin from Cockfight along with Pinks Pizza handling the festivities.  Molotov Compromise and friends showed up to blast some sounds.  Photos in the Gallery soon.

No trip to Maui would be complete without skating, so we hit the Stonewave Park in Paia. I was involved with the board/meetings for this park, but didn't get completed until I was back in Texas fulltime.  It's superfun and Nathan does a great job taking care of it and the skaters.  I also met and skated with Matt and some of the guys from the Love Project that paint blank boards and give them to people with crappy boards among other good things- cool way to share the love of skating.

Media passes weren't done proper despite an email conf. so it was a hassle to get my camera in and had to stay low key, so here's what I could get.  Some skating went down especially at night with the makeshift lighting that made it hard to see - didn't stop these guys!
