There's hardly a day that goes by since way back in the day that I don't think of something Jeff did skating or said etc - a true indicator of the impact he had/has!
Always skating with a full on power style proving "you  don't have to twist to win"! This page is a celebration of all that Jeff's skating was about and being dedicated to skating for fun - the only pure reason...not money, not fame, not industry, not skate politics.
We encourage Pros, Ams and skaters to share cool stories, photos and other things of interest about Jeff on this page.  This will be a place for skaters old and new to learn about a true legend. New content will be added over time as our schedule allows.

Let me say this. I remember jeff coming out to skate whether it be the clown ramp or his park and there was this awe that filled the place. It was that wicked cool feeling when your in the presence of someone and something great. He would jump in that very ramp and man would he tear it up. Each and every air and trick he did he made the whole ramp shake with his awesomeness. He skated with such authority and confidence. You couldn't do anything but watch in awe. This man was and still is my hero. It was him and other friends like Crum and Roach along with my partner in crime back in those days. Mr. Eichlburger. I think I spelled that right lol that put me within striking distance of possibilities of my own career skating. I will forever cherish these moments and remember how awesome mr. Jeff Phillips was. Thanks Jeff.

Skating and being involved in the scene in DFW, doing many demos/events, traveling to other events allowed lot's of opportunity to witness and capture photos and video of many legends.  Especially Jeff Phillips.  After releasing the Texas Style Dvd's to show the world the incredible skating in Texas many people have suggested we do a Jeff Phillips documentary.  That would truly be an honor and also a big undertaking.  Along with possibly seeming profit seeking to some - though every book, documenatary and such in skateboarding is sold.  Instead here is a page free to all that will serve as somewhat of a history/documentary.

    Even $1 is appreciated!
