Happy 4th thrashers, slashers, bombers, carvers, etc. 
 My day job slowed me down on this one and it's finally done.  I will post it on the interview page once I get a chance to upload it to youtube.  Definitely a good one from 2 Texas legends that are still tearin' it up today with that gnarly Texas Style!
It's the 4th so I too will exercise my fine american freedom and get a few waves and some skatin' in.

Just got back from a trip to visit my folks combined with some skating in DFW area and had an awesome time.  Skated Irving Bowl with Troy from ROYAL 1 Tattoos, Stubbs and some friends from NTXSK8PUNK.COM.  Also hit up Allen and ran into the TXPUNK.NET Dallas crew.  Even met up with skate industry legend Henry Hester and took a spin on his cone killer axe.  A jam packed few days of fun Texas Style!
Should have some pics or frame grabs and maybe a vid clip or 2 soon.

New photos went up last week for Metro Bowl and this week for Randol Mill pool.  New shots will be added to various photo sections periodically.  New sections will be added as well. Same goes for the new video clips section.  Always something new to check out so drop in and re session the site at will.
 
 
It's funny it's already 10 years into the new century and about 10 years ago people were freaked about 2k and what might happen to computer/network systems. I knew we'd all be skating as usual. 
Anyway new photos have been added with many more to come (probably close to 1000 in boxes) and a video clips page will be added with new and old runs/short clips.  Also hoping to get an interviews page going.

Nice cool weather with overcast skies and some great skate rock by Houston's own Molotov Compromise and Roots Of Exile via a portable generator.  First time any bands have played at the event. Lot's of ditch shredding by skaters young and older plus a few band members. Nothing like the sound of screeching urethane, grinding trucks and the smell of some tasty grillin'. See photos in the gallery.  Thanks to Mike, Kevin and Dave at Cockfight skateboards and Surfhouse for a great day of Texas skate and BBQ fun.
 
 
Happy Turkey Day and hope everyone had time for a little carving on the board.
Great way to beat the after meal slothiness.  If not there will be plenty of time for that at the Turkey Jam sat 28th at EZ-7.
TexasStyleSkateboarding will be there taking photos and selling our new Texas Style 2 dvd along with some shirts and hoodies.  The shirts will start at $1 and all be good prices like last year.
 
 
It's on!  ok, well it just finished playing.  I want to go skate a pool now...it's dark, so i can't. Anyway the footage is intense and the soundtrack rocks thanks to Bark Hard and A.N.S. - texas style skate rock.
Only 50 advance copies are available and they come with a limited edition, out of print TEXAS STYLE STICKER that won't be in the official release. Grab 'em before they are gone!

We couldn't decide which was better so we are posting both trailers.  One has a Bark Hard track and the other an A.N.S. both great skate rock bands born and bred in Texas.  We are alos trying to set up a premier.  The actual dvd should be out in November or hopefully sooner.  Check 'em out and go shred!
